Registration Information:

• Registration deadline: TWO WEEKS BEFORE PROGRAM DATE.
  (No phone or fax registrations).
• Registrations must be postmarked no later than the deadline. Classes are cancelled if minimum attendance is not reached AT DEADLINE.
• Fees must accompany registration.
• NO REFUNDS (SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED)
• Only one person, program and check per registration form
• Dress to accommodate changes in room temperature.
• No confirmation will be sent For email confirmation please email: perinataleducation@childrensdayton.org
• PCEO reserves the right to substitute speakers of equal ability in the event of last minute conflicts.
• Unless otherwise specified: minimum attendance of 10 and maximum attendance of 40.
• Full refund if course is cancelled.
• Registration begins 30 minutes prior to the class time.

Fees:

• Must accompany registration form to assure space in course
• Includes light morning refreshments and handout materials
• PCEO member employees / retired employees, $15*
• Non-PCEO participants, $50*
• Students, $15 (with copy of current student ID)
